See, that’s what the app is perfect for.

Sounds perfect Wahhhh, I don’t wanna

intro:

Hi, i’m Zib :]

Can’t think of a good blog name currently so im just using this generated one

I try to trigger my posts properly so tell me if there’s anything I forgot to tag on smth. This blogs entire purpose is just to hyperfixate and queerpost but I still want this blog to be atleast somewhat accessible (I will NOT be tagging parts of someone’s identity (e.g. disability, gender, sexuality, etc))

If you follow me please filter #discourse incase you don’t wanna see that stuff

I have autism and im terrible at communicating and ‘putting things into words’ so I might edit my posts alot just to make sure I sound right or won’t get misinterpreted (or if I just wanna add smth)

General abt me stuff:

Gender nuetral trans dude and a salty non-sam ace about to make it Everyone’s Problem

Agnostic athiest

Socialist

Current interests: invader zim, danganronpa, mlaatr, ddlc, utdr & yansim (i don’t support the creator or the original concept in any way it’s just a unwilling hyperfix that I’ve had a weird emotional attachment to since I was 12)

Blorbos (idk I just feel like putting them here): tamt (i cant decide and I choose not too), pilot Dib/Zib (they’re the same person to me lmao), Kiibo, Korekiyo, Kokichi, Jenny, & Vega

I just learned about “orchidsexual”, a micro label under asexuality where a person has sexual attraction but doesn’t want sex. And not to be that guy, but I feel like I have do be that guy. How is that ace?

Asexuality is limited, rare, little to none, conditional sexual attraction where 99% —100% of the time you don’t have sexual attraction. That’s why there are labels like demisexual (conditional sexual attraction), graysexual (rare sexual attraction), or ace flux (fluctuates), just to name a few. Those are all largely based on not having sexual attraction. That’s why they’re under the asexual umbrella.

Experiencing sexual attraction but not wanting sex? That is not being ace. That’s celibacy. And I don’t understand why you wouldn’t just call it that. “I’m allosexual but I don’t want to have sex therefore I’m ace” is already what people mockingly say when they dismiss asexuality. People think that asexuality is just abstinence, celibacy, or worse being an incel— and you’re sitting there saying “you’re right, I’m allosexual and I’m asexual because I’m celibate.”

I’m so frustrated. I don’t know what to do with it because it’s like… I don’t want you to be uncomfortable, I want you to choose labels that serve you. I don’t care if you have sex or not. There’s so much room under the asexuality umbrella. But this label directly contradicts and undermines what asexuality is by definition, and feeds into acephobia because it takes something they already think about us and says they’re right.

Normally micro labels don’t really hurt other people, but there are so many ways that this does hurt asexuality and asexuals. You are taking the logic acephobes already use to do things like corrective tactics, deny medication, try conversion therapy, try to raise our libido, sexually harass us, and more, and saying “I agree, and it’s my sexuality.” And I’m sorry but I don’t understand why you would deliberately do something so harmful to people you claim to identify with. I have to constantly correct this misconception about being ace. Now you’re saying that it’s what ace is. What am I supposed to do with that?

reminds me of transmed discourse "you are not trans and if you say you are, it will make us *respectable* trans people look bad" when it comes to trans non binary people, GNC people. or trans people that don't want medical transition.

they blame them for transphobia, and not the system that is built based on cisheteronormative allonormative patriarchal constructs that do opppress us. the same with acephobia.

honestly fuck you OP. reflect on yourself and come back

THISSSSSSSS THISS SO MUCH THIS hmm where have i heard this before... /s god fucking damnit why the hell did aspec confessions even accept this ask? this is literally just exclusionism. it's literally just aphobia “bb-b-but in a woke way!!!!” exclusionists think being queer is all about oppression olympics and bootlicking. “see! im not like those other filthy queers! please accept me!!” overcome oppression. not submit to it.. focus on the real issues at hand. i cannot imagine being so spiteful and my life being as miserable to be an exclu. fuck exclus aphobia discourse

it's not asexual. it's just considered a part of the spectrum since it's a seperate experience from typical allos. identities like orchid lith and even demi are why i like to bring up the idea of an allo spectrum aswell asexuality is defined as not feeling sexual attraction same goes for other aspec identities but since the other identities on the allosexual spectrum deviate from the typical 'norm' of an allo they're usually considered (and most times identify) as aspec but i just read further into this ask and you got it entirely wrong orchid is technically sex repulsed allo and sex repulsion is NOT celibacy. two entirely separate things. celibacy is staying away from those things. they can still want to have actual sex but they don't. sexual attraction and engaging in actual sex most times go hand in hand but they aren't the same. take aegosexual for example. actually reading FURTHER im sorry for actually trying to be reasonable with this moron policing how other people identify because of some problem you made up?? 🚩🚩🚩🚩 RANCID exclus energy. do you REALLY think allos give a shit?? your probably the same person who tells non-dysphoric trans people that they're 'making it look like being trans is a choice' cuz bud.. lemme tell you lmao 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘯𝘵 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘵 also if you have a problem with literally any acespec peopel who feel sexual attraction why aren't you throwing a fit about demisexuals lithsexuals.. the list goes on and on asexuality is a 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘮 my poor severely misinformed freind saying 'i want you to choose labels that serve you' doesn't mean shit if it also means 'as long as it doesn't negatively affect anyone in any dramatic and hypothetical situation i come up- -with that severely overestimate straight people and their knowledge and how many fucks they give' so quit trying to save yourself also go outside. stop living in your delusions where everyone is out to get you. discourse probably fuck exclus
